I got the Optima Pizza Express and I’m absolutely thrilled. It took me a few tries to get the hang of the heat and top resistance, but now I’m really impressed! Fantastic product and an awesome company.

The ordering and delivery for the pizza maker was top-notch - it showed up in less than a day. I tried it out for the first time yesterday and was really happy with the results. The crust cooked perfectly (not all soggy like it does in a regular oven). It's a good idea to keep the toppings a bit in from the edge to avoid any overflow.

Super helpful service. When the delivery service misplaced the initial package, they quickly dispatched a replacement with another courier to ensure it got here by Christmas. They kept me in the loop. I'm really happy with how it all turned out.

"Unsatisfactory Customer Support"
I placed an order for a media item back in October to be sent overseas as a birthday present. The tracking updates have been awful—I just stopped receiving any notifications. Now it’s December 5th, and it’s been weeks since my buddy’s birthday, yet he still hasn’t gotten his package. Pizza United sends nice emails, but they’re totally unhelpful, just offering excuses for the lousy tracking instead of taking real action.
